Terms and Conditions of glamBOT.art

§1 General Provisions

  • GlamBOT.art [hereinafter referred to as "Entrepreneur"] operates a service business under these Terms and Conditions.
  • The owner is GOLDEN SHOW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered at: DYLÓW RZĄDOWY 112, 98-330 DYLÓW RZĄDOWY, NIP: 508-009-45-94, REGON: 382292475, KRS: 0000766418, tel. +48 603 821 257, e-mail: [email protected].
  • These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Client.
  • The condition for concluding the agreement is the Client's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

§2 Orders

  • Orders can be placed via: www.glambot.art, e-mail: [email protected], tel. +48 603 821 257.
  • The client must provide data enabling verification. The Entrepreneur may refuse to fulfill the order.
  • The terms posted on the website are binding at the time of the contract.
  • Information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

§3 Payment Methods

  • Clients can pay:
  • - by bank transfer ("prepayment") – details in the order confirmation email,
  • - in cash – on the day of the event, according to a previously agreed amount.

§4 Order Fulfillment

  • The client agrees to use the device as intended.

§5 Availability

  • The service items are the property of the Entrepreneur or subcontractors and must be returned after the service is completed.

§6 Safety

  • The equipment is not intended for individuals under the influence of alcohol/drugs or with balance disorders.
  • The staff may refuse participation to aggressive, intoxicated, or destructive individuals.
  • Persons under 18 – only with the consent and supervision of guardians.
  • The Entrepreneur is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  • The consumer may withdraw within 14 days (Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014).
  • The right does not apply if the service concerns an event with a specific date (Art. 38 point 12).
  • For open-date vouchers – withdrawal is possible under general conditions.
  • Information on the lack of the right to withdraw is provided before the order is placed.

§8 Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
  • Data Controller: GOLDEN SHOW SP. Z O.O., e-mail: [email protected].
  • Processing is based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), f) of the GDPR.
  • Data is processed for the purpose of contract performance, marketing, security, analytics.
  • The controller ensures data encryption, access control, and incident documentation.
  • Data breaches are reported to the DPA within 72 hours.
  • The user has the right to access, transfer, delete, object, restrict, and withdraw consent.
  • Data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve processing purposes.

§8a Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • The provider has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

  • The DPO acts independently and serves an advisory function.

§9 Intellectual Property

  • Materials (videos, photos, descriptions) published in media and on the website are the property of GOLDEN SHOW.
  • The client may use them solely for marketing purposes, after the service is completed.

§10 Entry into Force and Changes to the Terms

  • The Terms and Conditions apply from the date of publication on the website.
  • Changes take effect from the date of publication.
  • Agreements concluded before the changes remain governed by the version valid on the date of conclusion.
  • Previous versions of the Terms and Conditions are available for review at www.glambot.art.
